Thaddeus R. Maciag has experience as a lawyer serving at the Federal, State, County and Municipal levels of government, including service on the Transition Team of the Governor-Elect of New Jersey serving on the Authorities subcommittee; in the Office of the Governor of New Jersey as Special Counsel to the Governor for Treasury, Budget & Finance and Director of the Governor's Budget Unit; as Deputy Executive Director of a State financing authority and municipal bond issuer; as Governor's counsel to the N.J. Economic Development Authority, as Washington Staff Chief to a United States Congressman; as Special Counsel to the County Board of Freeholders; and as a Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Twp. Committeeman, Municipal Attorney, and Planning Board member.
Mr. Maciag successfully argued a landmark Government Law case, Lance v. McGreevey, before The Supreme Court of New Jersey involving complex Constitutional issues as to bonding of government debt, budgeting and bond financing before The Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Mr. Maciag has served at the FEDERAL level as Washington Staff Chief (A.A.) to a senior U.S. Congressman (the Ranking Member on the Oversight & Investigations Subcommittee of Energy & Commerce Committee; at the STATE level in the Office of the Governor of N.J. as Special Counsel to the Governor for Treasury & Budget, and as Deputy Executive Director of a State financing authority; at the COUNTY level as Special Counsel to the County Board of Freeholders, and at the MUNICIPAL level as a Mayor, Municipal Attorney, and Planning Board member.
